1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental consent at an older age, you represent that you have it. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The Service

The Service lets users create, organize, discover, and share wishes and related content. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not sell the products shown, process purchases between users and merchants, guarantee that an item is available or accurately described, or become a party to transactions made through external links.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service. The license is limited by your visibility settings and ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods and lawful retention. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights
• Post malicious, deceptive, exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually abusive, or otherwise unlawful content

5. AI, Search, and Recommendations

AI-assisted text, link previews, image search, prices, categories, holiday dates, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or outdated. Review output before using or publishing it, do not submit confidential or sensitive information, and verify information important to you. You remain responsible for your content and decisions. We do not guarantee that generated or suggested material is unique or that it is suitable for a particular use.

6. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

The Service may link to or integrate with merchants, sign-in providers, image sources, analytics, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive compensation if you click or buy, without increasing the price charged by the merchant. We do not control or endorse third-party content, availability, security, or transactions.

7. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The Service, excluding user content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation. 8. Privacy

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or the accuracy of user, merchant, AI-generated, or suggested content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes, Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post revised Terms, update the Last Updated date, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory law and conflict-of-law rules.
